Cockpit
With ample seating for eight, the Solar Star 21 has room for entertaining.
This area can be equipped with a variety of options from a swing-down table, to a hard top, to a gas barbecue mounted on the transom.
Cabin
Enjoy either an open bow or a cabin below. The forward is a comfortable
V-berth - 6’6” long and 5’ wide at the head of the bed. Additionally, a private head with a cassette toilet, sink and vanity are available on a variety of models. Ventilation is provided through two options; either through the large fore hatch or a vent in the anchor locker. Sunrise or sunset may be viewed through the side windows.
Hull Shape
The hull is a revolutionary displacement Trimaran shape providing an easily pushed but stable hull. Owners will enjoy the passing views while cruising.
Lid
The lid raises up or is fixed off the cockpit to provide shelter for the crew. Keeping out of the sun on hot days makes boating so much more enoyable and on cooler days the optional clear PVC screen can be clipped around the cockpit. When the Solar Star 21 lid is closed, both cockpit and cabin are sealed from the elements. This also provides a reduction in wind resistance while on the road. On the top of the lid are high-tech solar panels. These panels provide charging for the batteries on board via a charge controller. This is utilized to ensure maximum battery life.

Families and friends will enjoy their peaceful time aboard! Thanks to the simplicity of the design, when you’re cruising in the Solar Star 21 the toughest part of the trip will be selecting drinks and figuring out what to barbecue!
